WhyNoMatches is designed to analyze a dating profile without access to your dating-app account. This policy explains the minimum data needed to provide the service.

What we process

We process the answers you provide, uploaded profile screenshots, a private report token, generated analysis, purchase status, and limited first-party product events such as audit started or checkout started. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by WhyNoMatches.

Why we process it

We use this data to create and deliver your report, unlock purchased features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and understand whether the product flow works.

Image retention

Uploaded screenshots are stored privately and automatically removed within 24 hours by default. You can delete them immediately from the report. The text report may remain so your private report link and saved versions continue to work.

AI processing

When live AI analysis is enabled, screenshots and quiz context are sent to OpenAI through its API to generate the report. API requests are configured with storage disabled. Service-provider security and legally required abuse monitoring may still apply.

Sharing and security

We do not sell uploaded images or publish reports. Reports require an unguessable private token. Data may be processed by infrastructure, AI, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service or comply with law.

Your choices

You can delete uploaded images from the report. A verified privacy contact and legal operator details will be published here before live payments are enabled. Never send your private report link to someone you do not trust.

Age

The service is only for adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload images of minors.
